International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or import fees once they reach their destination. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As these vary between countries, we recommend checking your local requirements before ordering.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation with your tracking details.

Please allow a little time for tracking to update after your parcel begins its journey.

We hope you'll keep your RAH piece for a long time. If something isn't quite right, eligible full-priced pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To begin a return, please email returns@house-of-rah.com.

If the fit isn't quite right, we'll happily arrange a size exchange where stock allows.

Your replacement will be sent once your return has been received and approved.

For Australian returns, we'll cover the cost of return postage and send you a prepaid return label.

For international returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as RAH cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

Once your return reaches us, we'll check everything over and process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.

If something isn't as it should be, please get in touch with us at returns@house-of-rah.com as soon as you receive your order.

Include your order number and a few photos of the piece, and we'll make it right.

For hygiene reasons, pieces that come into direct contact with intimate areas cannot be returned once worn or tried on without the protective hygiene strip in place.

All other pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags attached.
